Abstract
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of focal nodular hyperplasia of the liver (FNH).Method Retrospective analysis was made on 12 FNH cases in terms of clinical findings, images,pathologic examination.Results The average age of patients with FNH was 33 years old.Symptoms were helpless for diagnosis of FNH.The correct diagnostic rate of BUS, CT and MRI was 25％, 44.44％ and 50％,respectively.All 12 cases underwent operation got uneventful recovery.Conclusions CT and MRI are mandatory for the diagnosis of FNH.Definite preoperative diagnosis is usually difficult.Surgical resection is the treatment of choice when a patient becomes symptomatic or doubtful in diagnosis.关键词
