摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] The line 07-4,the high generation offspring of crossing between 5R/5A and 6R/6A was tested. [ Method] Morphological and cytological and SSR techniques were used in the detection. [ Result ] In the field,line 07-4 grew evenly presenting favorable agronomic traits and it had big ear,multispikelets with more number of grains per ear. The chromosomes numbered 2n = 42 in its root tip-cells and the chromosome configuration was 2n =21 Ⅱ ,which formed 21 bivalents and qudravialents hybrids F PMC MI of Chinese spring wheat SSR primer pairs were used for amplification and the specific DNA fragment of rye can be amplified by primer SCM268 in line 07-4. [ Conclusion]These results preliminarily indicated that line 07-4 was a wheat-rye transloeation line.
