Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protection effect of Shenqi fuzheng injection on marrow function in patients underwent chemotherapy after epithelial ovarian cancer operation. METHODS: 50 patients Ⅲ c grade of epithelial evarian cancer were divided into combination group and contral group. with Both groups were given paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy. Combination group was treated with Shenqi fuzheng injection 250 mL i.v. gtt once a day for 5 days at least during chemotherapy. The change of marrow function in two groups were observed after treatment. RESULTS: The rates of WBC, HGB and PLT decrease ( Ⅱ grade or above) in combination group were much lower than control group (P＜0.05); the case number and incidence rate of patients who suffered from Ⅱ grade or above bone marrow suppression were reduced in combination group (P＜0.05), the complete rate of chemotherapy in combination group was much higher than control group (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION: Shenqi fuzheng injection effectively relieves the toxic effect of chemotherapy and protects the marrow function in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.关键词
