耳折对女性冠心病的预测价值研究
The Predictive Value of Ear Lobe Crease Combined with Coronary Angiography for Women with Coronary Heart Diseases

Abstract
Objective The consistency test of ear lobe crease and coronary angiography for diagnosis of women with coronary heart disease. To understand the predictive capability of the ear lobe crease for coronary heart disease. Methods 207 subjects underwent coronary angiography for chest pain were recruited, 139 of them were positive ( CHD group ), and 68 were negative ( control group ). Ear lobe crease's degree was determined by the eye measure method. Results Kappa test showed a positive consistency test in the ear lobe crease and coronary angiography for diagnosis of coronary heart disease ( Kappa value 0.58, standard error 0. 06, t=7. 93, P =0. 00). The ear lobe crease for women with coronary heart disease had a sensitivity of 76. 98％ ; specificity of 85. 29％ ; mistake diagnostic rate of 14. 71％ ; omission diagnostic rate of 23. 02％ ; positive predict value 91. 45％ ; negative predict value of 64. 44％ ; positive likelihood ratio 5. 23 ; negative likelihood ratio 0. 27. Conclusion Ear lobe crease and coronary angiography had a positive consistency in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, Ear lobe crease may have predictive value for coronary heart disease.关键词
