对数正态分布下基于MLE的红外LED的寿命预测
Life Prediction for Infrared LED Based on MLE under Lognormal Distribution

Abstract
In order to acquire the life information of infrared LED, the lognormal distribution function was applied to describe the life distribution, the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) was employed to estimate the mean value and the standard deviation of logarithm,and the statistics and analysis on constant stress and step stress test data were achieved.Furthermore, the predicted-life software was self-designed. The numerical results show that the infrared LED life is characterized by lognormal distribution, and the accelerated model meets the inverse power law. The acceleration parameters, which were accurately calculated,enable rapid estimation of infrared LED life.关键词
