Abstract
Objective To understand the irrational use status of medicines in the outpatient department of our hospital to promote the rational drug use. Methods According to the drug instructions, clinical pharmacology knowledge and literature, the irrational drug prescriptions in out-patient department from January to December 2009 were statistically analyzed. Results The irrational prescriptions accounted for 9. 2％ of the total examined and verified prescriptions. The irrational drug uses were mainly reflected in the aspects of improper drug administration,repeat medication, unreasonable dose, improperly using solvent, inappropriate pharmacological antagonists and compatibility, etc. Conclusion The rationality of drug prescriptions in the outpatient of our hospital is gradually increased, but the phenomenon of irrational drug use is still serious. The corresponding measures aiming at the existing problems should be formulated to ensure the medication safety of patients.关键词
