STAT3、MMP-2在肝细胞癌中的临床意义
Expressions and clinical significances of STAT3 and MMP-2 in hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To explore the expressions and clinical prognostic significances of STAT3 and MMP-2 in hepatocellular carcinomas tissue (HCC). Methods Expressions of STAT3 and MMP-2 in 56 specimens of HCC and 56 specimens of adjacent tissues of HCC were investigated by immunohistochemistry ,and the relationships among STAT3 and MMP-2 and pathological differentiation , survival, and clinical feature were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of STAT3 and MMP-2 in HCC were 71.4％ and 73.2％ , and those in adjacent tissues of HCC were 57.1％ and 80.4％ , respectively. There was a positive relationship between the expression of STAT3 in HCC and that of MMP-2 in adjacent tissues of HCC (r = 0.483 ,P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion STAT3 and MMP-2 may take part in the occurrence and development of HCC , and may be used as indicators for metastasis , infestation , and prognosis after operation of HCC.关键词
