摘要

Abstract

The bed is an important component of machine tools and has a significant impact on the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine In order to improve the dyanmic characteristics of the bed, this paper develops the CAD/CAE model of the body of high speed vertical machining center and analyzes the dynamic characteristics by aid of FEM.The sensitivty analysis and the structural optimzation are carried out to improve the low natural frequency of the bed end obtain the best combination of the thickness of the rib plate and the wall, which makes the first-order and second-order natural frequency of the bed increased by 11.4% and 1.69% respectively The dynamic behavior of the bed is improved obviously.
