Game Analysis of Establishing Bio-energy Clean Development Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
The formidable conflict about the combination of the development bio-energy and cleaning development mechanism was studied with the method and theory of Game theory. Applying the gambling theory and the method, a gambling model between the government and enterprises was established under the development of bio-energy. The research indicated that the key to establish development mechanism for bioenergy cleaning depends on the following: the income after the government choosing the establishment mechanism, the short term income when the government not choosing the establishment mechanism; the loss part when the government not choosing the establishment mechanism; enterprises investment yield and the gambling relationship among the primary factors above. Taking as the main body between unifying the environmental protection and the energy projects development, bio-energy and cleaning development mechanism was an institutional arrangements.Its core was formulated the incentive mechanism which was reasonable.关键词
