金耳菌丝体多糖的超声波辅助提取与动力学模型
Ultrasound-assisted Extraction of Polysaccharides from Tremell aurantialba and Its Kinetic Model

Abstract
The ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Tremell ourantialba was studied.Effects of different factors including ultrasonic power,inital temperature,ultrasonic time and the ratio of liquid to material on the polysaccharides yield were studied.The results show that the highest yield of polysaccharides was achieved when 0.5g T.aurantialba was ectracted under conditions of ultrasonic power 600 W,initial temperature 100℃,ultrasonic time 20 min,extract 2times,water-materia ratio 120:1(mL:g).Under the above conditions,the yield of polysaccharides was 11.16%.Comparing with water extraction method,the ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from T.aurantialba had advantages of shortening reaction time and improving yield.The yield of polysaccharides at different time were simulated by four kinrtic models,i.e.Power law model,Hyperbola model.Weibull model and Parabolic diffusion model.All models gave good simulation to the experimental data based on the analyses of determination coefficient (R2),bias factor (BF) and root mean square error (RMSE).The best one was Weibull model with the highest R2 and the smallest RMSE at 0.982 and 0.0053,respectively.关键词
