重组木聚糖酶生产低聚木糖的实验研究
Experimental Investigation of Xylooligosaccharides Production by Recombinant Xylanase

Abstract
Xylooligpsaccharides (XOs) production using the recombinant xylanase C0602 was studied. Effects of different substrates, substrate concentration and enzyme dosage on the enzymatic hydroysis and xylooligosaccharide yield were investigated.The results showed that the extracted xylan was the suitable substrate for xylooligosaccharides production. When 30g /L birch wood xylan was treated with the dosage of 20U/g xylanase for hydrolysis 4 h, the hydrolysis yield was 56.05% and the xylooligosaccharide yield ( C2-C6 ) was 29.76 %. The average degree of polymerization( Dp ) was 2.767. When 24.5 g/L xylan extracted from corncob was hydrolyzed by 80U/g xylanase for 48 h, the hydrolysis yield reached 68.33% and the xyiooligosaccharide yield was 14. 88 %. Correspondingly, the product did not contain xylose and its DP was 3.45. The results showed that xylooligosaccharide production using the recombinant xylanase could greatly decrease the content of xylose and significantly improve the quality of xylooligosaccharide.关键词
