摘要

Abstract

Biodiesel was prepared by ultrasound-assisted transesterilication of Cormus wilsoniana fruit oil.Single factor and prthogonal experiments were designed to optimize the transsesterification conditions of the wilsoniana fruit oil.The results show that the optimal conditions were as follows:wilsoniana fruit oil 45.9g,ultrasound freqyency is 50 kHz,ultrasound power is 180 W,molar ratio of methanol to wilsoniana oil is 6:1,catalyst mass fraction is 1.1%,reaction temperature is 60 ℃,and reaction time is 80 min.The transesterification rate can reach 96.24%.Except higher flash point and lower ash content,the parameters of biodiesel prepared from C.uilsoniana fruit oil is similar to 0* diesel oil.
