Modeling and simulation on automatic height adjustment system of coal shearer cutter with ADAMS/Hydraulics and Matlab/Simulink
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the reliability problem associated with shearer automatic height adjustment system,this study applies Pro/ENGINEER, ANSYS and ADAMS/Hydraulics system to set up a virtual prototype model of flexible coupling shearer with a hydraulic system. Also,a mathematical model of control system using Matlab/Simulink simulation software is established for simulation. Based on virtual prototype technology, there is no need to manufacture a shearer for testing and verifying the design results of physical prototypes. This study provides the design and development of enterprises with a huge economic benefit and can significantly shorten the product development cycle. It is of significance for the shearer design and development.关键词
