Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of hydrocortisone in the tim of oral ulcer.METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The column was Sinochrom ODS-BP column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (50:50) at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS: The linear range of hydrocortisone was 0.209 2～1.559 0 μg(r=0.999 9); The average recoveries were 102.8％ (RSD=1.59％), 102.4％ (RSD=1.35％), 102.9％ (RSD=0.77％), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid,well-separated and accurate for the content determination of hydrocortisone in oral ulcer film.关键词
