室温离子液体催化对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的合成研究
Study on Synthesis of Aethylparabenum in Room Temperature Ionic Liquids
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the synthesis of aethylparabenum in room temperature ionic liquids. [ Method ] Choosing four kinds of ionic liquids 1,3 -dialkylimidazolium to research the aethylparabenum reaction, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst and ratio of acid to alcohol on reaction yield and the reuse ability were examined. [ Result ] Taking [ BMIm ] BF4 as catalyst,when catalyst amount was 3 ml, the ratio of acid to alcohol was 1.0∶2.5, reaction time was 2.5 h, reaction temperature was 80 ℃, the yield was highest, reached to 79.7%. The isolation of products could be separated via simple stratification and ionic liquids could be reused, and the catalyst could be reused five times. [ Conclusion] Ionic liquids can be used as a new green solvent and is effective on catalyticsynthesis reaction of aethylparabenum, and can reduce environmental pollution.关键词
