Effect of Aluminosilica Gel Aging Temperature on Synthesis of MCM-22 Molecular Sieves by Vapor-Phase Transfer

Abstract
MCM-22 molecular sieves were synthesized through vapor-phase transfer method (VPT) from hexamethylene imine and aluminosilica gels which were prepared from silicic acid and sodium metaaluminate. The aluminosilica gels were characterized by means of TG-DTG, 27 Al MAS NMR and 29Si MAS NMR. Effects of aging temperature of the aluminosilica gel on its structure and MCM-22 molecular sieve synthesis were investigated. The results showed that the aging temperature change affected the H2O content and the Si form in the aluminosilica gel, which could provide different structural units in the MCM-22 molecular sieve synthesis. When the aluminosilica gel aging temperature was 80 ℃, the H2O content was the maximum and the aluminosilica gel with diversity of the Si form was prepared, which was beneficial to the crystallization process in the MCM-22 molecular sieve synthesis.关键词
