摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin and AQP3 protein in squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Expression of Ezrin and AQP3 was detected in 43 SCC and 15 normal skin specimens by SP immunohistochemical technique. Results Positive expression of Ezrin and AQP3 in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal skin (P＜0.05).The expression of Ezrin was positive correlated with that of AQP3 (r=0.573,P＜0.05). Conclusion The results suggested that all two proteins play important roles in the development of squamous cell carcinoma, and might serve as indicators to predict the malignant degree and the prognosis.关键词
