Abstract
AIM To modify sophora subprostrate polysaccharide(SSP) of the sulfated, and to determine anti-HBV activity. METHODS SSP was extract from sophora subprostrate , which was modified by chlorosulfonic acid-pyridine method. Products were identified by infrared spectrum(IR). The anti-HBV activity of modification production was tested by MTT method. RESULTS Analysis of IR spectrum for determination of SSP before and after modification showed that sulfate and polysaccharides have been combined into esters,and they had anti-HBV effect. CONCLUSION The experiments in vitro for determining anti-HBV activity show that modification production can enhance inhibitory action of HbeAg, HBsAg to 2 215 cells culture medium transfected by HBV.关键词
