Effects of ZEN on in vitro Proliferation and Cytokines Production of Spleen Lymphocyte in Mice
摘要
Abstract
The effects of ZEN on lymphocyte proliferation and cytokines production in vitro by MTT methods and cytokine ELISA methods were analyzed.The results showed that,in concentrations from 1 to 25 μg/mL, ZEN possess extremely significant inhibitory action to LPS or ConA-activated spleen lymphocytes proliferation (P＜0.01)and this kind of inhibitory action was found to be dose-dependent.Higher doses ZEN(10, 25 μg/mL) possess extremely significantly inhibitory action to spleen iymphocytes in IL-10 and IFN-γ production (P＜0.01), and showed dose-dependent.关键词
