片烟贮藏期霉菌的分子鉴定及杀菌剂的室内毒力测定
Identification of mold fungi in stored tobacco using molecular biology technique and toxicity of fungicides

Abstract
Five types of fungi were obtained from 108 mold tobacco samples provided by China Tobacco Hunan Industrial Corporation through isolation, purification, and preservation. The shape and size of mold fungi were observed and identified under microscope. DNA was extracted to amplifyl8S rDNA ITs by PCR and clone PCR products. Sequence was detected to identify five kinds of mold fungi including Fusarium sp., Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus niger, and Penicillium citrinum through BLAST. In laboratory bioassay, 75 % Dacotech, 40 % Dimethachlon, 10 % difenocoazole, and 100 % Dimethyl fumarate medicine were tested for the effects. Results showed that 40% Dimethachlon was the best in inhibition spectrum and antibiotic affected at dilution of 130.32 mg/kg with inhibitory rate of over 95%.关键词
