Expressions and Significances of MMP-9 and AnnexinⅡ Protein in Human Breast Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expressions and significances of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods : The expressions of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in 60 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and 60 cases of breast fibroadenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. The correlation between the two indexes and the clinical pathological features of breast carcinoma was analyzed. Results : The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma were 86. 67％( 52/60 )and 90. 00％ ( 54/60 )respectively, and they were significantly higher than that in hreast fibroadenoma tissue ( P＜0. 001 ). In metastatic groups, the positive rates of the expressions of MMP-9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in non-metastatic group ( P = 0. 003 ; P = 0. 023 ). The positive rates of the expression of MMP-9 and AnnexinⅡ in high histological grade group were significantly higher than those in low histological grade group( P = 0. 003 ; P = 0. 023 ). Conclusion : The abnormal expressions of MMP- 9 and Annexin Ⅱ protein in human breast carcinoma may he related to the invasion and metastasis of beast carcinoma.关键词
