Modulation on work function of nano-semiconductor material by built-in electric field
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, the condition and methods of nano-semiconductor built-in electric field were analyzed in theory. The work function of semiconductors was then controlled by the modulation of built-in electric fields, and the relationship between built-in electric field and work function were carried out finally. The simulations of this work provide good support for meso-photoelectric effect and the fabrication of meso-optoelectronic devices.关键词
