The Effect of Gongying Power and Astragalus to Acute Phase Proteins Concentrations in Serum of Rabbits with Experimental Mastitis
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the relation of acute phase protein,mastitis and the anti-mastitis damage capability of Gongying power and Astragalus,rabbits which were infusedwith LPS to model mastitis were divided into Gongying power, Astragalus and negative control group. Rabbits were oral administrated with Gongying power and Astragalus to evaluate the concentrations of C-reactive protein, albumin and ceruloplasmin in serum. That Gongying power and Astragalus could reduce endotoxininduced acute phase response. Gongying power and Astragalus have good effects to mastitis.关键词
