Isolation and Identification of 60 Pathogenic Escherichia coli Strains
摘要
Abstract
Escherichia coli (E. coli) is often in chieken intestinal. Only some strains are pathogenic for chicken. Chicken Escherichia coli disease is caused by these pathogenic E. coli strains,and they have pathogenicity island genes ChuA. In order to identify 60 E. coli strains isolated from diseased chicken,ChuA gene was tested by PCR. 31 E. coli strains are pathogenic.The total positive rate is 5l. 67％.关键词
