土霉素降解菌的筛选及其降解特性研究
Screening and characterization of an oxytetracycline degrading bacterium

Abstract
A strain Oxy2 ,that could effectively degrade oxytetracycline,was isolated from sewer sludge of pharmaceutical plant. The preliminary identification suggested that the strain belonged to Bacillus cereus. The strain could degrade oxytetracycline up to 200 mg/L. The efficient biodegradation of oxytetracycline occurred when the strain was cultured in the medium(pH 7.0) containing 50 mg/L oxytetracycline at 35 ℃. The degradation rate increased when an additional carbon or nitrogen source was added, especially when 5 g/L soluble starch or yeast extract was added. Treated with some metal ions,the strain showed the significant facilitation of oxytetracycline degradation by Zn2+ , K+ ,Mn2+ and Fe3+ and the significant inhibition by Co3+ ,Pb2+ and Cr3+.关键词
