Abstract
The effects of embryo exposed to fenvalerate on spatial ability of learning and memory in the middle-aged CD-1 mice were explored. Six-arm radial water maze (RAWM) was used to evaluate spatial ability of learning and memory in the 13-month-old CD-1 mice, including fenvalerate-exposure group in embryo and normal control group. The results showed that the latency and the number of errors in the fenvalerate group were significantly more than those in the control group (Ps<0.05) in both the learning and the memory phase of the RAWM. Therefore, the exposure to fenvalerate in embryo could accelerate age-related impairment of the spatial learning and memory in the CD-1 mice.关键词
