池养克氏原螯虾形态性状对体质量的影响
Effects of morphometric traits on body weight of Procambarus clarkii

Abstract
In order to analyze the effects of morphometric traits on the body weight of Procambarus clarkii,we measured body weight (Y) and 11 morphometric traits including the total length (X1), carapace length (X2),caparace width (X3), caparace height (X4), the first to sixth abdominal segment length (X5-X10), and telson length (X11) of seventy Procambarus clarkii cultured in the pond. The correlation coefficients, path coefficients and determination coefficients between the morphometric traits and the body weight were calculated by correlation analysis and path analysis. The result showed that the correlation coefficients of each morphometric trait to the body weight were all significant (P<0.01); the path coefficients of caparace width and telson length to body weight all also significant (P<0.01); caparace width was the most important trait which affected the body weight of Procambarus clarkii. Though the path coefficient of caparace length did not reach significant level, it was very bigger than the path coefficients of other traits to body weight except for caparace width and telson length, and it was a special morphometric trait worth being concerned in selective breeding of Procambarus clarkii. Finally, the morphometric traits with significant levels (P<0.05) were used to establish the multiple regression equation, which was Y=- 16.841 5+8.9969 X3+13.5108 X11.关键词
