克氏原螯虾酚氧化酶原mRNA组织分布特性研究
Expression profile of proPO mRNA in red swamp crayfish, Procambarus clarkii
摘要
Abstract
The prophenoloxidase system is considered to be an important mechanism of innate defence in crustacean. The expression profile of proPO mRNA in different tissues from P. clarkii was investigated by real time-PCR in this study. The results showed that the expression levels of proPO mRNA detected in haemocytes,hepatopancreas, ovary and spermary were higher than that in muscle, epidermis and branchia, while the proPO mRNA was almost not be observed in intestine and stomach. The characteristic of expression of the proPO mRNA in different tissues from P. clarkii might be associated with its physiological function in the crayfish immune system.关键词
