Change of plasma biochemical indexs and its relationship with fatty liver performance in Landes geese
摘要
Abstract
In this study, Landes geese were used to investigate the change of plasma biochemical index and the relationship between plasma biochemical index and fatty liver performance. The results showed that the concentration of plasma biochemical index increased significantly with the development of overfeeding. The concentrations of plasma biochemical index were significantly higher than that of the control. The concentration of plasma CH(), HDL-C, LDL-C were significantly higher after 24 h food deprivation. The weight of carcass and fatty liver were significantly higher in male than in female geese. There were very significant positive correlation between plasma AST and ALT concentrations, and very significant positive correlation between TG and VLDL-C concentrations, very significant positive correlation between CHO and HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C concentrations, and the relationship between plasma biochemical index and fatty liver performance was different in male and female geese.关键词
