Second order triangular prism vector finite element method for a type of cavity problems
摘要
Abstract
To improve the accuracy and efficiency for electromagnetic numerical computation, high order triangular prism vector elements have been investigated. However,it is a pity that explicit research on triangular prism vector element application is only confined to the first order case,and that the FEM in the first order case has a low accuracy. Based on the method of deducing a vector element from a nodal element presented by Ahagon, and started with the nodal basis functions of a kind of second order triangular prism element model,the deduction of the vector basis functions for the model is presented. After that, the vector basis functions are classified to make it convenient to compute the integrals of the two kinds of element stiffness matrices. Applied to cavity problems, the set of second order triangular prism vector basis functions shows a higher accuracy and lower computation cost.关键词
