太湖鹅A-FABP基因内含子2多态性对肌内脂肪含量的影响
Effect of polymorphism in intro 2 of A-FABP gene on the intramuscular fat content in Taihu goose

Abstract
In order to detect the relativity of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (A-FABP) gene with meat quality in the geese, the SNP of A-FABP gene on the sequence sites of the second intro in the Taihu geese was detected with the techniques of PCR-SCP and sequencing. The results showed that: ① The products of PCR were about 482 bp, the intro 2 was from 174 bp to 394 bp and there were three mutational sites, respectively on the 187 bp (C→T), 235 bp (C→ A) and 372 bp (A→C); ② The crude fat of AB genotype was higher than that of AA genotype, but the difference was not significant. These findings are good theoretical foundation for the progressive research of the relationship between genetic mutation in A-FABP gene with meat traits.关键词
