戊唑醇在小麦中残留分析方法的研究
Method for residue analysis of tebuconazole in wheat with GC
摘要
Abstract
A residue analysis method was established for Tebuconazole. After mechanical oscillating extracted twice with acetone, impurities were removed twice by liquid-liquid partition. Wheat samples extraction was cleaned up through a neutral Al2O3 column, and then concentrated to be ready for detection with GC-NPD. 0.025, 0.05 and 0.5mg/kg of Tebuconzole in spiked wheat were analyzed, and the recoveries were in the range of 73.98% to 82.86%, 81.21% to 95.38%, and 81.51% to 97.98%, respectively. Coefficients of variation ranged from 5.74% to 9.33%. They all met the need of the pesticide residue analysis.关键词
