戊唑醇在小麦中残留分析方法的研究
Method for residue analysis of tebuconazole in wheat with GC
摘要
Abstract
A residue analysis method was established for Tebuconazole. After mechanical oscillating extracted twice with acetone, impurities were removed twice by liquid-liquid partition. Wheat samples extraction was cleaned up through a neutral Al2O3 column, and then concentrated to be ready for detection with GC-NPD. 0.025, 0.05 and 0.5mg/kg of Tebuconzole in spiked wheat were analyzed, and the recoveries were in the range of 73.98％ to 82.86％, 81.21％ to 95.38％, and 81.51％ to 97.98％, respectively. Coefficients of variation ranged from 5.74％ to 9.33％. They all met the need of the pesticide residue analysis.关键词
