Clinical application and aesthetic assessment of immediate implant
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical and aesthetic results of immediate implants within 3～6 months after restoration. Methods 30 cases were performed an operation of immediate implant for 35 dental implants as soon as the teeth roots were extracted, surveyed and recorded the bone level and the gingival attachment level during the operations.All cases were performed a delayed restorations in 3～6 months and observed the above indexes at least 3 months,Then evaluated the clinical results and patients' satisfaction. Results All the implants were well osseointegrated when at the second stage operation,Radiographic examination yielded 1.20 mm medial and 1.0mm distal bone level loss respectively while the medial and distal papilla shrinkage were 0.45 and 0.43 respectively. Patient's aesthetic satisfaction was up to 96.6％. Conclusion The immediate implantation which has no difference between the delayed implantation in 3～6 months after the restoration and also has a better aesthetical result which can be considered to be a valuable treatment option.关键词
