高原青年冠心病患者血脂特点及其与冠脉病变程度的关系
Characteristics of plasma lipid of young patients at high altitude with coronary artery disease and its relationship with severity of coronary artherosclerosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of plasma lipid of young patients at high altitude with coronary artery disease ( CAD ) and its effects on coronary lesions. Methods 25 young patients with CAD at high altitude and 18 ones in plain were enrolled. The levels of their plasma lipids were measured, and the severity of coronary lesions was assessed with Gensini score following coronary angiography. Results Compared with those in plain,young CAD patients at high altitude had significantly higher triglyceride ( TG ), total cholesterol ( TC ) and low density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( LDL - C ) ( P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05 ) as well as lower high density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( HDL - C ) ( P ＜ 0.05 ). TG level had a positive correlation with Gensini score ( r = 0.66,95％ CI: 0.37 - 0.84 ,P ＜ 0.05 ) in CAD patients at high altitude, but TC, HDL - C and LDL - C levels did not ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion Dyslipidemia appears to be more serious in CAD patients at high altitude. Moreover, plasma TG level is closely correlated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis.关键词
