Modification of P-Cu and RE on the Microstructure of Hypereutectic Al-25%Si Alloy
摘要
Abstract
Semi-solid metal process has advantage of breaking primary phase. In this paper, a mechanical stirring apparatus is designed to produce semi-solid hypereutectic Al-Si alloy billet with tiny primary phase by semi-solid process and modification. Metallographic analysis results show that the eutectic silicon can grow directly attached to the primary silicon in Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy.And only double P and RE can get the modification come true, and change its topography.关键词
