乌司他丁预处理对大鼠双下肢缺血再灌注肺损伤的保护作用
Ulinastatin preconditioning attenuates remote lung injury in rats of lower limb ischemia reperfusion

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin preconditioning on remote lung injury in rats of lower limb ischemia reperfusion.Methods Forty eight male Sprague- Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, ischemia and reperfusion (I/R) group and ulinastatin preconditioning group.The animals were anesthetized and the tissue of lung were removed at the end of reperfusion, wet to dry weight ratio (W/D) of lung tissue was measured at the end of study, the expression of heme oxygenase- 1 (HO- 1) was determined by immunohistochemical staining and western blotting.Results HO- 1 was induced and persistently over- expressed in 2h and 4h after ulinastatin preconditioning (P<0.01), and the expression of HO- 1 at 4h was higher than that at 2h (P<0.05).The W/D ratio was diminished in ulinastatin group compared to I/R group (P<0.05), there was no difference between ulinastatin group and sham group.Conclusion Ulinastatin preconditioning attenuated remote lung injury in rats of lower limb ischemia /reperfusion, which may be associated with the induction of heme oxygenase- 1 in the lung tissue.关键词
