摘要

Abstract

Based on the characteristics and technical requirements of temperature control in an enterprise, the original control system problems have been adjusted and improved.Focusing on using of PLC-PID algorithm as the core temperature control system, a further optimization on the design and improvement were conducted.The method can reduce the system overshoot and steadystate error, while improving product quality and reduce the burden of manual labor.It is more practical, easy and reliable with application value.
