摘要

Abstract

Statistic analysis of parts processing quality is an important content in machining. With the advantage of MATLAB software in mathematical computation, the parts processing quality distribution analysis of M file and spot diagram analysis of M file were programmed, respectively. The running results of the two files can conveniently display the histogram of size,(-x) -R digram, and such parameters as parts qualification rate, rejection rate, parts processing system error, etc. This paper provides a convenient and effective method for parts processing error statistical analysis.
