相分离制备聚己内酯纳米纤维支架的工艺探讨
Fabrication of polycaprolactone nanofibrous scaffolds by thermally induced phase separation

Abstract
Polycaprolactone ( PCL ) three-dimensional ( 3D ) scaffold with spherulite and nanofibrous was first fabricated by thermally induced phase separation from a ternary PCL/dioxane/water system.The effects of aging temperature, ratio of dioxane and water on the morphology of nanofibrous scaffolds were investigated. The results showed that aging temperature played a crucial role in forming the unique nanofibrous structure. A higher gelation temperature or a higher content of water in the mixed solvent system was not favorable for the spherulite -like morphology of scaffold. Coalescence of nanofibers occurred, even spherulite -like structure disappeared at a gelation temperatures higher than 8℃ or lower than - 40℃ and at a proportion of water exceeding 12%.关键词
