Abstract
With the development of information technology, the consuming management system of a university needs to be modernized. Beginning with the introduction of main functions of one-card system, the paper puts forward the realization of the subsystems of business consumption management and bank transfer, based on the authors practical experience in Hebei University of Science and Technology. The result shows that one-card system can improve university management efficiently.关键词
