Abstract
Polymer flooding raised the mass concentration of the remaining HPAM in the production fluids and reduced sewage treatment capability. sewage treatment agent used in early stage can not meet the requirement of standard in Nanpu Jidong oilfield flocculant JRJ-01 was obtained by mixing more than 200 kinds of sewage treatment. A laboratory study on the beat combination of crude oil demulsifiers JRP-45 and the JR J-01, a high efficiency sewage treatment agent JRJ-1 was generated. At the same time, the performance of the new type sewage treatment agent was evaluated through measuring the interface tension, the viscoelastic modulus and the Zata potential. The experimental results and mechanism analysis show that the new sewage treatment agent JRJ-lhas the advantages of both demulsifies and the flocculants, and can reach to satisfying sewage treatment effect in Nanpu oilfield.关键词
