广州地区无偿献血者CD36基因突变的频率调查
The frequency of gene mutation related to CD36 deficiency in donors in Guangzhou

Abstract
Objective:To detect the frequency of CD36 gene mutation in donors in Guangzhou district,and it's the first time to provide the data of gene mutation related to CD 36 antigen in China.Methods:A total of 200 blood from samples from unrelated health donors were involved and the PCR-SSP method was used to detect the frequency of gene mutation related to CD 36 deficiency ,then com pared it to previous reports.Results:We detected 10 samples from these donors having CD 36 gene mutation,the mutation and frequencies are as follows: 1 forC268T,0.5％ ;6 for 329-30delAC ,3.0％;3 for Al237C,1.5％ .Conclusion :Here,we first used the PCR-SSP method to detect the mutation frequencies of CD 36 in Guangzhou .The 329-330delAC appears to be the major mutation typee of CD 36 and the Al237C comes to be the secondary in Guangzhou .Our results are somehow diffrent from previous studies which have reported that the major types of CD 36 gene mutation were:C268T ,329-330delAC and 949insA.关键词
