Abstract
0bjective :To analyze cbnality of TCR Vβ gene subian flies on perpheralbbod CD 8+ T lymphocyte in patients with chronic hepatitisB.Methods :Exptression of the 22 TCR V(3 gene subian ilieswas analyzed using reverse transcription-polym erase chain reaction (RT- PCR ) ,which am plified the can plem entariy detem ining region 3 (CD R3 ) of TCR Vβ gene on peripheral blood CD 8 T lym phocytes from 8 caseswilh chronic hepatitis B.PCR producte were further analyzed by genescan to identify TCR V βsubfam flies cbnality.Results :Some TCR Vβ gene subian flies showed monoclonalor oligocbnal expansion in the 8 CHB patients.V β8 ,V β11 ,Vβ12 had higher frequency of monocbnal expansion.All TCR Vβ gene fam flies of CD 8+ T imphocyte showed a Gaussian distribution in nomal control cases.Conclusion :TCR V(3 subian flies on CD8+T lymphocyte of CHB patients during acute exacerbation showed clonal expansion.关键词
