Abstract
Objective:To explore the im munophenotyping specificities and distribution in patients with acute Leukem ia (AL) in Urum qi in Xin jiang.Methods:We selected the cell surface molecules CD 20 ,CD 14 ,CD 3 ,CD 2 ,CD 33 ,HLA-DR ,CD 15 ,CD 10 ,CD 5 ,CD 22 ,CD 7 ,CD 13,CD 34 ,CD 11b ,CD 19 ,CD 117 and m arkered with monoclonal antibodies ,flow cytom etry and CD 45/Side scatter(SSC)gating were used to have im munophenotyping of acute leucocythem ia tested and to analyze antigenic expressions in 142 cases of acute leukem ia patients.Results: In the 35 cases of patients with acute lym phoblastic leukem ia (ALL), including 6 cases of myeloid antigens(14.3% ) ,and the most frequently expressed antigen w as CD 13. In the 96 cases of patients with acutem yelogenous leukem ia (AML), including 21 cases of lym phoblastic antigens (21.9%) ,and the most frequently expressed antigen was CD 7.11 cases belonged to FAB unclassified acute leukem ia (UAL)were unalysed,and showed both lym phoid and myeloid associated antigens .There were no significant differences in the im munopheno type of ALL between Han and Uygur people in Xin jiang ( P>0.05 ) .The order of myeloid markers expression in AML was as follows :CD 13>CD 33>CD 15 Han people,and CD 13>CD 15>CD 14 in Uygur people, the lym phoblastic antigen CD7 expressed frequently in the UygurAML patients .Conclusion:FCM im munopheno typing is an importannt supplem entary to acute leukem ia diagnosis and typing on the basis of cell staining and morphology,and im munophenotypic detection were important for acute leukem ia diagnosis and therapy.关键词
