风机叶片用环氧树脂体系流变性能研究
STUDIES ON RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR OF EPOXY SYSTEM FOR WIND TURBINE BLADES
摘要
Abstract
The rheological behavior of epoxy resin system for wind turbine blade was studied with viscosity ex periments. A rheological model based on the dual-Arrhenius equation was established and used to simulate the rheo logical behavior of the resin. The model prediction determined from the dual-Arrhenius equation was in good agree ment with experimental data. The results showed that: both resin viscosity changes with temperature is consistent, the viscosity is lower than the 300mPa ·s range from 23℃ to 50℃, and the low viscosity maintaining time is more than 30min. The established viscosity model can effectively predict and simulate the viscosity behavior of resin sys tems under different conditions, reveal the optimized processing parameters and low viscosity platform process win dow for the resin system, and provide the necessary scientific basis to ensure a reasonable product quality.关键词
