Abstract
In order to solve the safety problems which are caused by the spreading and leaking of the H2S in the air during the gas production testing for wells with sulfurous gas, the pumping sulfur removing equipment is studied.The mechanism of pumping sulfur removing, the mainly parts and structures of pumping set, the composing and function of pumping head, supervision method of H2S concentration and the composition of long-distance controlling system are all introduced in this paper.The site application of the equipment in three H2S-bearing wells in Blocks Yong 15 and Yong 22 shows that the high performance, safety and reliability and high degree of automatism of sulfur removing technique can satisfy the need of gas testing.This instrument can be used as gas testing technique matching equipment for wells with sulfurous gas to guarantee the safety.关键词
