摘要
Abstract
The trust was divided into preliminary transaction, depth transaction and the righteousness favorable par agenesis. The generation mechanism of different trusts with the game theory was analyzed, and the trust growth model of engineering project partnership pattern was suggested. It is suggested that the common goal, values and cultural idea of different enterprises are the source of the trust origin and growth. With trust degree increasing, the total benefit that the owner, the construction supervision unit and the contractor obtain goes up gradually and the strategy permanent partnership between the participations of the engineering construction can be formed.关键词
