Abstract
Objective:To discuss characteristics of two vaginal stump suture methods in laparoscopic hysterectomy outside fascia. Methods: Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 1 20 patients who had laparoscopic hysterectomy from Jan. 2007 to Jul. 2010 ,suturing through vaginal was group A and suturing under laparoscopy was group B. The operative time,blood loss ,postoperarive vaginal stump bleeding and other complications were compared. Results:There was no significant difference between two groups in blood loss and operative time( P ＞ 0.05 ). But the postoperative vaginal stump bleeding incidence rate of group A was higher than group B ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), there was one case of vesicovaginal fistula in group A. Conclusions: Suturing vaginal stump by endoscope in laparoscopic hysterectomy can effectively reduce the incidence rate of postoperative vaginal stump bleeding.关键词
