摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of ureteral catheter technique in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods :Comparative study was made on 87 cases ( ureteral intubation directed by cystoscope before operation) and 71 eases ( no ureteral intubation) in 158 cases with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Results:No ureteral damage was found in patients with ureteral intubation. Ureteral damage was found in 5 cases without ureteral intubation. Of them,one was found and repaired during the operation. 4 cases had ureter fistula after operation and underwent a second operation. Conclusions :The ureteral catheter technique is easy to master, effective and worthy of popularization in gynecology laparoscopic surgery.关键词
