石油城市经济转型背景下土地利用模式研究——以黑龙江省大庆市为例
Study of Land Use Models under the Background of Economic Transformation in Oil City——A Case Study of Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province
摘要
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the degree of intensive urban land use of Daqing city in Heilongjiang province from 2000 to 2006, the oil dependent city, to seek the key factors which restrict the intensive use of Daqing and to explore the land use pattern in the context of economic transformation. Employed methods include fuzzy mathematics model, AHP, principal component analysis. The results indicate:(1)Theland use of Daqing city from 2000 to 2004 is not intensive and from 2005 to 2006 is in the condition of basic intensive use and the economic potential index is the main driving force which leads to the fluctuation of the degree of intensive urban land use of Daqing city; (2)The industrial restructuring, the determinative performance the oil and gas land play roles in the land use, the three-dimensional and diversified model of oil and gas land are the main restraining factors affecting the intensive use of oil cities; (3)The composite use model of oil field capacity land, the land use districts model and the unified accumulation use model of constructive land are proposed with some policy proposals.关键词
